SUMMARY:GO Color Lake Bluff 5K Run/3K Walk
DESCRIPTION:Come join the FUN at the GO LAKE BLUFF COLOR RUN & WALK. There will be bagels and refreshments following the race. If you?ve never participated in a COLOR RUN & WALK\, this is your chance! The RUN is untimed\, so you can RUN\, JOG\, WALK\, or a little of all three. The point is to have fun with your friends and family\, while enjoying the outdoors. Come dressed in your craziest outfits\, glasses\, hats and have a colorful time! \nSaturday\, June 20 at 9:00 am\, rain or shine. \nOpen to all ages. Children in strollers and well behaved 4-legged friends on leashes are also welcome. Ages 2 and Under are free. \nGO Color participants will be doused from shoulder to toe with colors at five color stations along the route. \nThe COLOR powder is a non-toxic corn starch\, which will wash out of clothing. \nAll proceeds will be donated to the Friends of Lake Bluff Parks Foundation\, and local charities. \nRace packet pick-up is tomorrow\, Friday\, June 19 until 8 pm at the Park District Guest Services Desk. Packets will also be available at the check-in tables Saturday. \nThere’s still time to register\, you can do it online or Saturday at the event. Don’t miss out on the fun this year!
