Everyone is invited to gather on the Village Green on Monday, May 25, 2026 at 9 am for Lake Bluff’s Annual Memorial Day Observance to honor the men and women who lost their lives in the military service for our nation.

In honor of the 250th year of our country, we invite everyone who’d like to help raise the Village’s large ceremonial flag to join us at the Flagpole on the Village Green, near the War Memorial at the start of the ceremony.

Special thanks to the volunteers, Lake Forest High School Band and LFHS vocalists, Lake Bluff BSA Troop 42, guest speakers, and so many others who come together to make this Memorial Day Observance in Lake Bluff possible and to the community members, friends and guests who attend. All are welcome!

In case of bad weather, the Observance moves across the street into the Lake Bluff Fire Station
